INGREDIENTS
- Cauliflower (1 medium head, cut into florets)
- Olive Oil (3 tablespoons)
- Garlic (3 cloves, diced)
- Paprika (1.5 teaspoons)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Lemon juice
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
EQUIPMENT
- Large baking sheet
DIRECTIONS
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place in oven. Preheat to 450°F.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, & pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower on the pre-heated baking sheet in an even layer (avoid overcrowding because steam prevents food from browning). Bake for 15 minutes, toss, then bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add the Parmesan cheese. Place back in the oven for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon juice and parsley.
