
INGREDIENTS
- Broccolini
- Ricotta
- Grated Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- EVOO
- Honey
- Calabrian Chiles
- Flaky salt
DIRECTIONS
- Blend ricotta, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey.
- Cut off broccolini stems. Sauté broccolini in pan with olive oil and salt. Char until tips are starting to turn black.
- Plate the whipped ricotta, place the broccolini on top of the ricotta, then top with the Calabrian Chiles and flaky salt.
